摘要
随着计算机的不断发展和广泛应用，使人们的工作效率得到不断的提高，互联网的发展，更是缩短了人们之间的距离，如何充分利用互联网，这是大家共同关心的问题。本文在总结我校毕业设计课题管理经验的基础上，提出了一些有关于课题管理的思想，并基于互联网及ASP、DREAMWEAVER等软件的强大功能，设计规划了毕业设计课题管理的网页，以互联网的形式将分散的毕业设计课题进行网络管理。
本系统为网上毕业设计课题系统，能实现使老师和学生可以方便地通过校园网进行毕业设计课题上传,下载,学生选题等等。

Abstract
Along with the computer unceasing development and the widespread application, enable people's working efficiency to obtain the unceasing enhancement, the Internet development, reduced between people's distance, how uses the Internet fully, this is everybody question of common interest.This article in summarizes in my school graduation project topic managerial experience foundation, proposed some have about the topic management thought, and based on software and so on the Internet and ASP, DREAMWEAVER formidable functions, the design has planned the graduation project topic management homepage, will disperse the graduation project topic by the Internet form to carry on the network management.
This systems for the net on the graduation project selected topic system, can realize cause teacher and the student may conveniently carry on graduation project topic uploading through the campus net, downloading, student selected topic and so on.

第一章 引言
1.1 毕业设计课题系统的发展状况
在新的世纪里，信息技术迅猛发展，而网络技术和数据库技术又是信息技术最主要的核心。于是，基于Web的数据库也就应运而生了。
随着Internet/Intranet技术的发展，开发基于Web的应用程序势在必行，数据库技术更是需要和Web数据相结合，才是更为广阔的前景。ASP作为微软推出的新兴Web应用程序开发技术，在数据库应用方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。
Internet的普及和应用使人们的现代生活方式发生了深刻的变化，我国各大中专院校也加快了信息化进程，并且都建立了自己的校园网。这为我们网络现代化教育提供了必备的物质基础。学校总是处于接受新知识的最前沿地带，于是校园网的应用和管理系统的开发也正蓬勃发展并发挥着巨大的作用。
