摘 要
在计算机时代日益发展的今天，计算机网络正快速融入这个社会的每一个领域。点菜也从现实生活中走上了网络空间，开发和设计的厨房端点菜系统是这个时代的产物，利用计算机支持管理者高效率完成点菜系统厨房端设计的管理，节约人力资源，使居民生活更自主化，解决传统点菜的局限性。
本系统是在Windows XP环境下，采用B/S结构，以SQL为数据库开发平台，采用JSP(JAVA Server Pages)技术开发的。此系统的设计从功能上来说，是比较完备的，系统以Web界面与管理员交互，为管理员提供信息并接受其操作，同时通过数据库管理系统来存储信息数据。本系统的基本功能：数据进行录入、修改、删除、查询、统计的基本功能。
本系统在设计方面采用JSP技术,B/S模式，同时使用在其中利用Dremwaver对网页进行细致美化。后台数据库选用SQL Server 2005数据库。本系统的设计实施为点菜系统厨房端设计的运行做基础。

Abstract
In the computer age increasingly development today, computer networks are quickly integrated into the every field of society. Order is from real life to network space, development and design of system is the product of this era, the food is the endpoint using the computer support managers complete design of the kitchen order system management with high efficiency, save human resources, make life more democracy, solve the limitation of the traditional order.
This system is in the Windows XP environment, adopt B/S structure, based on SQL database development platform, using the JSP (JAVA Server Pages) technology development. Design, from the function of the system is relatively complete, the system as a Web interface to interact with the administrators, provide administrators with information and accept its operation, at the same time through a database management system to store information data. The basic function of this system: data input, modify, delete, query, statistic of basic functions.
This system USES JSP technology in terms of design, B/S mode, in which used at the same time using Dremwaver careful beautification on web pages. The background database choose SQL Server 2005 database. The design of this system implementation for the order system to run for the kitchen design.
